The Big Dawg I’ve always been a sea salt and cracked pepper guy for steaks. On a lark (mostly because we were out of pepper), I used your rub to grill one night. Somebody had given us a gift basket with some in it, and it just went in the spice rack. WOW. Very impressed. The only issue was finding y’all online.
